The Rainforest Diner clearly displays food allergens in line with Natasha’s Law. Please ask a member of staff if you require further information.
We have a nature reserve onsite, full of indigenous trees and plants. Therefore, during high pollen seasons, some visitors may be affected. You are able to avoid this area if necessary, so please ask a member of staff for further information on arrival.

Noise Alert:
We have over 1000 chatty parrots onsite as we are The Parrot Zoo Trust. Therefore, please be aware that those with noise and sound sensitivity may need to bring ear protection. There are areas of the park that can become very noisy due to the natural habits of the birds or during high season and event days when we can become very busy or have live music.
