General Terms & Conditions:
Park tickets are only free between 1st – 23rd December. Free tickets are non-transferrable so please ensure you choose the correct date for your visit. Do not purchase more tickets than you need, as they are restricted and you will be stopping someone else from an enjoyable day out. It is winter and the park is mainly outdoors, so please dress appropriately and wear wellies or strong boots. There will be extra charges for some of our activities, such as our park trail; however, all proceeds go to our charity (no:1162135). If you no longer require your free tickets, then please contact our admin staff on 01754 820107 so that they may be re-released for someone else to enjoy.
Santa’s Grotto:
- Available on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 10th, 16th, 17th, 19th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd Dec
- As of 1st November 2023, for every grotto ticket sold, up to 4 extra family members can gain free entry to the park.
- Grotto open 1pm – 5pm on the above dates, except 23rd December, which will be 11am – 2pm.
- £15.00 per child.
- Must be booked online and please select the correct age range for your child, out of the options given.
- Elf HQ is ONLY available on Grotto dates.
- Snack bar available within the Enchanted Forest while you wait. Charges apply.
Calm Grotto:
- Available on 5th and 12th December only, from 1pm – 5pm.
- £15.00 per child.
- Must be booked online.
- There will be lights but they will not be flashing, and the music will be kept low or turned off if requested.
- Suitable for children with additional needs.
Mini Mondays:
- Available 4th, 11th and 18th December only from 10am – 1pm.
- £5.00 per toddler/baby under the age of 5 only.
- Must be booked online.
- Suitable for parents and toddlers, parent and toddler groups or nursery groups.
Elf HQ:
- Available during normal Santa’s Grotto dates only, please see above, between 1pm – 5pm.
- Free activities available, such as letter writing, wishing tree and take-home activities.
- Enchanted Forest Snack bar available within the forest, as you wait for the grotto.
